HOLE ONE

One of Ireland's finest opening holes

A well placed tee shot played right of the big tree will give a downhill second shot to a long undulating green.  Par here is a great start.

HOLE TWO

A well positioned drive from this tee box gives the golfer easier access to this raised green.  Club selection is all important.  Short is not an option.

HOLE THREE

A well placed tee shot down the left hand side of the fairway gives the golfer an easier approach to this long and difficult green.

HOLE FOUR

This short right to left dog leg hole makes for a very demanding tee shot in between 2 sets of bunkers which will give a short iron second shot to a sloping green.

HOLE FIVE

A risk and reward hole.

If down wind this green can be reached with a driver however maybe best option to lay up to the right hand side for an easy approach with a short iron.

HOLE SIX

This par 3 green is well protected by 4 bunkers.  Pin high is always a good result.

HOLE SEVEN

Slight dog leg from right to left requires a well positioned tee shot right of centre to give easy access to a long narrow green.

HOLE EIGHT

A tee shot played to the left side of this fairway gives the golfer access to a green protected with 2 well placed bunkers.

HOLE NINE

Sharp right to left dog leg par 5.  A tee shot avoiding the right hand fairway bunker gives the option of going for the green in 2 or laying up to the corner of the dog leg where a short 3rd shot awaits.

HOLE TEN

Long par 3 where a large bunker on the left hand side is to be avoided at all costs.

HOLE ELEVEN

One of the best holes on the golf course. Slight dog left from right to left.  Easiest approach to the green comes from the right hand side of the fairway.

HOLE TWELVE

Longest par 5 on the golf course requires a well placed tee shot favouring left of centre.  From here you have the choice of taking the green on or laying up to your preferred distance.

HOLE THIRTEEN

This hole moves from left to right.  Most demanding second shot on the golf course.  Club selection is all important.

HOLE FOURTEEN

Positioning is vital on this straight par 5 in order to avoid the fairway bunkers and the trees that line both sides of the fairway.

HOLE FIFTEEN

The green on this hole is protected by 4 well positioned bunkers making this the strongest par 3 on the golf course.

HOLE SIXTEEN

Favouring the left hand side of this fairway gives the golfer the advantage.  The all important 2nd shot here is into a shallow sloping green.

HOLE SEVENTEEN

Great par 3 where the tee shot is played to an exposed green surrounded by 3 well positioned bunkers.

HOLE EIGHTEEN

Testing final hole where accuracy off the tee is paramount in order to avoid the 2 fairway bunkers and leave an approach shot in a large green with 2 strategically placed bunkers.
