Our chef, Barry, qualified in 1996 and prior to joining Kilkenny Golf Club in 2006 he worked as a chef in some of the top establishments in Jersey for 6 years. At Kilkenny Golf Club we use local produce with a large emphasis on fresh seafood which is delivered daily through our local suppliers. Slow-cooked dishes are a speciality, using locally-sourced meat and vegetables.

 

On our Daily Specials board the following dishes feature on a regular basis: Seafood Pies, Beer Batter Haddock, Herb Crust Hake, Braised Lamb Shanks, Pork Belly with Cider Cream and Rib Beef with Root Vegetables and Hot Pot with Puff Pastry to mention but a few. We use Prime Angus Striploin Steaks of the highest quality. Fresh Soup and Speciality Sandwiches are prepared daily as are our Brunch Specials.

 

A warm, friendly atmosphere awaits all our visitors and guests and our professional, courteous staff will accommodate all your needs.
